Short Course Registration
Short Course registration is not included in the basic conference registration fee. Please visit the short course page for detailed course descriptions and registration fees.
Registration Discount Details
In order to register at a discounted rate(s) as noted above, SLAS2012 Registration must receive all registration forms and payment by the appropriate date, as listed below. Forms received at headquarters without payment (i.e. fax copies of a check) will not be accepted. Registrations are not honored until payment is received.
- SLAS Member's Only Discount: October 31, 2011
- Early-Bird Registration Discount: December 12, 2011
Note Regarding SLAS Membership Discount: If your SLAS membership will expire prior to January 31, 2012, you must first renew your membership prior to taking advantage of the member discounts for the conference. You may renew your membership during the conference registration process.
Discounted Registration for Groups
SLAS is pleased to offer discounted registration to groups attending SLAS2012. Group discounts are only applicable to full-conference registration fees and all registrations must be received by SLAS2012 Registration at the same time.
A discount of 20 percent off of each full-conference registration (applicable rate above applies) is available for groups of five (5) registrants from the same company who are registered at the same time. This discount program is only available to registrants who pre-register for the conference and will not be available on-site.

Registrations by fax will be accepted only if submitted with credit card information and if one (1) form is submitted per registration (groups of 5 only). All registrations must be entered at the same time to qualify for the group discount rate.
Short Course and student registrants are not eligible for this group discount program. Discounts are available only in groups of five (5). Discounted registrants may also register for SLAS2012 Short Courses, but only the full-conference conference registration fee will be discounted. Short Course registration fees are not discounted as part of this program.
Badge Credentials
If you register by January 19, 2012, your badge credentials will be sent directly to you at the address provided on the form. Should you register after this date, you will be sent instructions on how to pick up your badge credentials. Badge mailing will begin after December 12, 2011.
Please plan to pick up your badge holder at SLAS2012 registration located in the San Diego Convention Center.

Online registration for SLAS2012 is the preferred registration method as it allows for immediate confirmation and payment processing. All conference registration information, including credit card information is handled by a secure server. - Fax Registration (Credit Card Only)
Registrations by fax will be accepted only if submitted with credit card information. Alternately, the online registration form may be filled in, printed, and faxed. Confirmation
Those participants whom register Online will receive a confirmation email immediately upon successful completion of the registration. Those whom register via Fax or Mail will receive a confirmation email within three (3) weeks; if not, please call SLAS2012 Registration at +1.708.486.0747.

Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference. The following cancellation request deadlines apply:
- On or before December 31, 2011 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- After December 31, 2011 are not refundable
In Case of Emergencies
Please provide your mobile phone during the registration process. This will only be used in the event of an emergency at the conference and will not be used for marketing purposes nor will it be stored in your permanent member record. Should an emergency situation arise at SLAS2012, you would be sent a text message with instructions.

Terms and Conditions
SLAS Liability Waiver
I, as a conference participant, agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking such participation in SLAS events and activities of my own free will. I hereby assume all risks of personal injury and/or other loss or damage arising out of or in any way associated with my participation in SLAS2012. I release to the fullest extent permitted by law, SLAS and any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives, successors, assigns, and all others acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death or liability for injuries or damages of any kind resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation at SLAS2012. I also agree to hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending such claims directly or indirectly resulting from, or in any way arising out of or related to my participation in SLAS2012. I acknowledge that my participation in SLAS2012 is expressly conditioned on my agreeing to the foregoing.
Publicity Release
I acknowledge that at times during the SLAS2012 conference, sessions will be presented before a live audience and SLAS may web-cast, videotape, audio-tape, photograph, record or broadcast SLAS2012 or various aspects of SLAS2012. I hereby grant full permission to SLAS to use any photograph, videotape, audiotape, motion picture, or any other similar recording or broadcast of SLAS2012 including my name and likeness for any SLAS business purpose.
